Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information regarding such processing if it has occurred; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties — within Turkey or abroad — to whom the data has been transferred; request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request deletion or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK; object to any adverse outcome resulting from analysis carried out by automated systems; and seek compensation for any damages incurred as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.
8. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise the rights listed above, you may submit your request in writing to info@meva1muhendislik.com, together with documents that verify your identity. Pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK, your request will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
