The fastest way to start a project is to send a short description of your building, location and concern through the contact form. A licensed engineer from our engineering team reviews every enquiry personally and replies with the next step, whether that is a quick phone consultation or a site visit.
For projects within our regular service area we offer a free preliminary site visit. The engineer walks the building, photographs critical members and gives an informal opinion on whether the case is more likely to need a full seismic retrofitting design, an existing building condition assessment report, or an urban renewal route under Law 6306.
Written quotes follow a documented scope. For turnkey construction and project management and consultancy mandates we provide a structured proposal with deliverables, timeline and fee breakdown so there are no surprises later.
We work regularly with foreign owners. All correspondence, reports and meetings can be conducted in English, and translated TBDY 2018 references are provided where useful. If you need to clarify Turkish technical terminology first, the engineering glossary is a good starting point.
